As a strategic global business leader who thrives at the intersection of business and technology, Kevin F. D'Souza has developed and managed multi-million dollar business portfolios across diverse industries. In his current role as the Managing Director at Grow Exponentially, Kevin is focused on the startup tech ecosystem in India, specifically offering management consulting, strategic business development, and go-to-market (GTM) strategy services. In the past, Kevin was the Venture Architect - Tech Industrialization at Airbus Scale, where he fostered high-potential innovation and accelerated the commercialization of high-value concepts to contribute to sustainable aerospace growth. His career also includes working with a pre-series A B2B SaaS company, a non-profit global think tank (strategy consulting), a publicly-traded global technology company, and a privately owned construction materials company. He has also worked with SMBs, Fortune 500 companies (6-7 figure engagements), and Unicorns across diverse verticals.
Kevin has a deep passion for entrepreneurship, science, and education. As a competitive athlete and former champion swimmer, He enjoys taking on new challenges and working with teams to compete at their highest levels. Kevin has been fortunate to have lived and worked across 4 continents with a unique perspective shaped by being born & raised as an expatriate in the Middle East (Citizen of India & former Permanent Resident of Canada). Kevin graduated from Heriot-Watt University, in Edinburgh, Scotland, with a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, and has also obtained a Master's degree in International Relations, from IE Business School, in Madrid, Spain. Kevin is an affiliate member of the Institution of Mechanical Engineers (IMechE) and has completed several business programs focused on entrepreneurship, leadership, sales management, and global strategy.
